Shipping Policy

Free shipping nationwide on every order — no minimum, no exclusions.

Orders ship from Naples, Florida. We aim to have orders packed and handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days.

Large and oversized animatronics may ship in multiple boxes, or take a little extra handling time to pack safely.

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Every item is packed with care — these are collectibles, and we ship them the way we'd want to receive them.
